Let's check out the promise in Psalm 30:5. It says, "For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favour lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning."

Think about those moments when you've felt weighed down by worry, stress, or disappointment. 

Maybe it was a setback at work, a strained relationship, or simply the weariness of daily struggles. In those moments, it's easy to feel like the night will never end, like joy is a distant dream.

But here's the truth: just as surely as the night gives way to the day, our sorrows will be replaced by rejoicing. It's not a matter of if, but when.
