Exodus begins with the Israelites enslaved in Egypt, but it ends in worship in the tabernacle. Unless you understand the significance of the tabernacle, you won’t understand the point of the book of Exodus. Not until you are surrounded by the glory and the presence and the beauty of God are you really liberated.
