In most cases, this condition of conscience exists primarily in the believer, however, it may also exist to some extent in the unsaved individuals who choose to live a life of forgiveness. A conscience is considered godly or healthy, when it is described as: Good conscience, Purged conscience, Pure conscience, Perfect conscience, Convicted conscience, and Conscience void of offence.
