Today we turn to the issue of control as we look at how to do conflict in a Godly way… but this is not control of others. Jesus never told us we were meant to control others — the scriptures promise something different altogether: learning with God’s help to control our SELF. As we consider where we need the Spirit’s help in self control, we will consider specifically controlling our anger, controlling our words, and controlling our criticism, so that we can learn in ALL ways to LOVE as Christ does.
