Jesus is the only mediator between God and man, giving himself as a ransom for all. God wants people from all nations and all backgrounds to be saved. In view of this the church is called to pray and intercede for the salvation of all people, including rulers and authorities. May the Lord be pleased to save them, just as he has saved us.
