The story of Elisha reminds us that even though the culture around us is changing, God is still God. Our moment in history is just as much a part of God's plan as any other moment in history. The question is, "Will our generation take what God is asking us to do seriously?" No one stumbles into living the life God wants them to live. We have to choose it. Let's not settle for anything less than what God wants to do in our lives.
