Today we are going to be talking about the genealogy of our ancestors that came from Noah. God destroyed everything living in the flood except for Noah and his sons, so every person and every tribe of people came from them. Good and bad, every living thing has come from God. The Holy Word of God is an accurate account of our history, there is not sweeping the facts under the rug.

I am also sharing how I am managing addressing issues to other people in my life. God will teach us how we deserve to be loved and it is up to us to teach others how to love us. When we tolerate or suffocate our emotions, it will make us sick and cause pain and suffering. We must address these emotions head on and take accountability that we have a choice in how we allow others to treat us. Happy Monday everyone and God Bless.
