God's Deep Riches, Wisdom, and Knowledge - Audio

Romans 11:33–36 ESV 33 Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways! 34 “For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?” 35 “Or who has given a gift to him that he might be repaid?” 36 For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.

The depth of God’s KNOWLEDGE is such that His ways (i.e. paths) are impossible for man to PLOT. So who could dare claim to know the mind of the Lord??

Psalm 33:13–15 NASB95 13 The Lord looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men; 14 From His dwelling place He looks out On all the inhabitants of the earth, 15 He who fashions the hearts of them all, He who understands all their works.

Isaiah 55:8–9 NASB95 8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. 9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways And My thoughts than your thoughts.

The depth of God’s WISDOM is such that His JUDGEMENTS are impossible for man to fully understand. Who could possibly give God counsel or advice??

The depth of God’s riches of KINDNESS  and  MERCY are such that God is in no man’s debt. Who could claim that God owes them something??

Romans 2:4 NASB95 4 Or do you think lightly of the riches of His kindness and tolerance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance?

Romans 9:23 NASB95

23 And He did so to make known the riches of His glory upon vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory,

Romans 10:12 NASB95

12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him;

Although no one has the fullness of God’s riches, wisdom, and knowledge, God has GIVEN us all these things in CHRIST.

1 Corinthians 2:16 NASB95 16 For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he will instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ.
