God's delay is not because God is mean or uncaring. It is not because God wants to punish us. God's delay goes deeper than that; it has a purpose, according to his plans for our lives. You see, God's timing is not our timing. Thus, it might seem like a delay to us, but it is right on time for God. I heard it said over and over that delay is not denial. I think we need to start believing this because though God's delay is painful, his delay is part of the preparation process. Be patient; God's at work.
