Dead men do not cooperate. Salvation can not be by the hand of man but it is by the hand of God. God effectually calls the dead to life and He does this through His Word and His Spirit as is so well taught in Ezekiel's Vision of the Dry Bones -CH37-. Because this is God's work there is hope for every sinner who comes to Jesus.
