God’s Freedom in the Workplace
Today, I’d like to focus on what the Lord's freedom means in our workspaces. The freedom from anything and everything holding us back or that’s standing in our way of doing what He has called us to do and to do what the Lord desires of us. In Matthew 5:16, it says, Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. After over 30 years in Corporate America, as I look back, I can honestly say, I do not believe that my light was shining most days. But now, I realize that His light was shining through me. How about you? We may think that our jobs have nothing to do with our calling, however, I believe that the Lord brings purpose to every place He takes us or allows us to go.
