Because of God’s Great Love for us, we need to:

1. Recognize our position. (v. 1)

a) With God: Belong to the Father

b) With the World: Bullied by the World (v. 1b)

2.  Understand our potential. (v. 2) 

3.  Put our faith into practice. (v. 3)
