How do we reconcile a less than happy outcome with God's good news? Not only good things happen to christians. Things do work out according to our version of good. The goal is eternal good. This promise is to people who love God. God's purpose for us is to transform us into a reflection of Jesus Christ. Suffering proceeds transformation. God is the author and finisher of our faith.
