Where was God's love when Herod ordered the massacre of the babies?

For that matter, where was God's love in 9/11 or any of the other

terrorist attacks? Where was His love at Sandy Hook or Columbine?

God's justice is not found on this earth. His love is not from this

earth. He never stops loving even when His love can't be seen. His

love prevails even when these babies are massacred. His love never

ends.
