It is very clear that an open door policy means just what the words say, you're open to others opinion you're open to others' decisions, you're open to others way of thinking, that doesn't say you don't have an opinion, but it's saying that you're open to hear what others has to say; kind of like the word communication, it's a two-way street; yeah, that's open door in it's plain definition "communication," yeah that's how God wants to relate with man, like He did in the garden of Eden with Adam and Eve; they openly walk together and talk with each other until sin came along.
Some might say: "well I thought God, he's the bigger man, he should still be able to talk to mankind," and I chuckle "hahaha" and say: "He does, He talks to us every day, every moment of the day," the problem is we don't listen, if you heard in one of my previous podcast how we don't listen it goes into more depth. We turn on a different radio station, if you will? So we can't hear Him because of sin, we want to find our on way, so we tune Him out, and tune some other station in, to hear what someone else has to say. But the door Jesus Christ is still open to: "whomsoever will, come." (Revelation 22:17) Thank you for listening!
