God's plan for us to be empowered through the Holy Spirit is made abundantly clear in Romans 8:26, which states: “In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.” Through the Holy Spirit, we are given strength and peace to face whatever life throws our way.
