Gicele 'Gigi' Lindley is the founder and CEO of the Shining Star Youth and Community Services/Shining Star Early Learning Centers, a successful multi-center child care operation that provides quality early learning to 407 children and employment to over 100 people.

After experiencing firsthand the damage being labelled by peers had on her daughter Serenity, Gicele decided to help catapult an anti-labeling initiative that started with the launch of Serenity's first book entitled, "Stop Calling Me Bossy."
