As men we always seem to have big decisions to make. In the office, at home, amidst friends, or even with extended family there is seemingly no where we can run and hide away from the responsibility to make good, informed, virtuous and right decisions. So instead of dodging bullets or waiting around for someone else to make the call, it's time we step up and figure out some best practices in good decision making. As a husband, father, and department director I know I certainly need to keep getting better at making the right decisions without falling into procrastination or giving into my weaknesses. For that reason, I've brought in Justin Aquila, a solid and prayerful man in the midst of making his own big decisions, to talk all about how to do this right. Hope you find this conversation as worthwhile as I did.
