Paul wrote that everything he knew from the Torah, He was able to successfully communicate, bring into application and bring to LIFE through this empowerment. Daniel was 10 times more brilliant-minded than his counterparts, Moses was highly educated and used that critical thinking and governing ability to guide God's people. Priscilla was highly educated and used to teach the men and women of Corinth and correct/educate Apollos. There is no correlation between tongues and 'unintelligent."
