The gospel is a prophetic salvation that started in Genesis. God created, lit., "the adam," as united as one: male and female (Genesis 1:27). Humanity represented God's image as being one in plurality. Human beings were also to represent God's image in that they were to rule over the earth. This delegated authority would bring life so long as the first humans obeyed God's covenant by not usurping God's sovereignty (Genesis 2:16-17).

Adam and Eve fell by believing The Lie (Genesis 3). Death entered into God's very good creation. The image of God was fallen. God's justice was promised in the gospel. The just price was paid-in-full at the cross of Christ. Time will end in a new heaven and a new earth. Also, there will be a new marriage to fulfill image of the oneness of God: the Wedding of the Lamb. All are invited.
