The Bible is a story of redemption and restoration. From Genesis to Revelation, we discover a story of creation and new creation! Each story reminds us that God is actively involved in human history – God is working in nations, people groups, clans, tribes, families, and individuals. On numerous occasions in scripture, we discover a God who came down to reveal His Presence, His plan or purpose, and His promises. God walked with Adam and Eve. He spoke to Noah. He called out Abraham. He led His people in the Exodus from Egypt. He anointed king David. And He came down as a baby in the manger.
