00:14          This fantastic scripture today is from Romans 1:18-20 and Paul writes this today, he says, "For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness. Because that which is known about God is evident within them. For God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world, his invisible attributes, his eternal power, his divine nature, have been clearly seen being understood through that which has been made. So they are without excuse." I will never forget. I'm reading in USA Today about the photographs that were taken from the Hubble telescope in space. And they, through computer retro imaging, they went back through 100 billion galaxies and they saw the origin of the cosmos. And one scientist wrote after he saw those awesome pictures of how it all started. He said, I used to worship sciences as my god, but now a worship on my knees.

 

01:19          I've seen 1200 inmates in a prison see the same thing in a prison revolutionized. I also saw it in a young lad named Rob. Rob came to our sports camp a few summers ago. Don't know how he got in the camp, but his parents had gotten him free from whatever he'd been into. And we had to pay special attention to Rob and keep him separated with a counselor who was with him all the time. Robert has beaten people up. He had been in gangs. He'd done so many drugs. But Rob and I became very close friends and I wanted Rob to know Christ as Savior. His hands were scared with all the fights he'd been in, but he had a precious heart. One night late in the camp term, Rob was looking at the sky and he saw the sunset and he began to weep. And he came over to me and he said, Papa. Called me Papa. He said, Papa that I can't believe what I've done to so many people. He looked at the scars on his hands. He said, Papa tonight, when I looked in the sky, he said, I saw a painting. And he said, I knew that that painting had to have a painter. And he said, Papa, I asked that painter to live in my heart tonight. And he said, Papa, that painter's going home with me.

 

02:38          Here's the questions for today. What are some ways that God reveals himself to you in the wonders of his creation? And the second question is, why do men and women reject God even after they witnessed his many wondrous expressions? Amazing, isn't it? And then the last question is, what are the results of one's refusal to acknowledge God in his many awesome attributes? And here's the lifeline for today. Stand in awe of as many of God's reflections as you can find today. And watch your affection for him grow. If it can happen to Robb, it can happen to you.
