A global ‘sleep survey’ conducted by Dutch company Philips concluded that '60% of adults don’t sleep as well as they would like to.'

That's physical rest, how about mental rest? 

Almost every measure and study suggests people are in short supply of that too.

Sadly, indicators are that the same can be said of spiritual rest as well.
