From where did Christian beliefs about trans persons come? Are they biblical? Were they crafted from knowing and understanding a trans person, or how that person is beloved and interrelates with God? Pastor Ellie Dote spent over 40 years as a father, brother, husband, and son, but came to terms with her real self, embraced it, and began the journey to become Ellie.

She now ministers to those in the LGBTQ+ community and desires to bring understanding to trans and non-binary issues to the Christian community.
