We are made up of the body, soul and spirit. The spirit is made up of emotions, will and mind. When we invite Jesus into our lives we come alive. The bible says we are a work in progress. We need to wash our mind in the word of the bible. You need to train your brain to recognise false beliefs and negative thoughts. The bible says take every thought captive. Call out the negative thoughts or lies - speak truth over it. We are children of God! Study and meditate on scripture. Everyday study the word of God. If you're not reading the word of God, you are not replacing the lies with the words of truth.
