Peg is a mom of 2, a foster mom, a blogger, and she has recently decided to re-enter the workforce full time.

Peg and I talk about what it was like to make the decision to go back to work, the pushback she got from social media, some mom guilt she's received, and we dig deep into some ideals we both had growing up about what a mom "should" do when it comes to raising her kids and working.  It's really good stuff.
