Coach Becky originally wanted to create a stretch room with a desk for nutrition coaching. When she was introduced to the amazing benefits of compression recovery therapy and photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT), she knew she had to add those services to assist in improving overall well-being and muscle recovery.
