Listen Later

Today we had the privilege of speaking with Paul Thompson, who is a podiatrist of over 10 years and the owner of the Barefoot movement, which is exactly as it sounds: being barefoot as much as possible and moving while barefoot. We discuss the difference between using insoles and other options like lifting shoes, and Paul explains why some of these options are better than others.
