Going Beyond The Predictable

Going Beyond Always Being the Responsible One with Jennifer Dale

Listen Later

Jennifer Dale was born in Taiwan and moved to Christchurch, New Zealand, at the age of 10, where she and her family navigated the many challenges of adapting to a new culture and way of life. From early on, Jennifer learned how to be responsible - for herself and for others.

Now, as a mum, wife, daughter, colleague, sister and friend, she’s exploring a new version of herself: what it means to not always be the responsible one - to make space for herself, to let go when it matters, and to recognise when responsibility no longer serves her or those she leads.

In this episode of Going Beyond the Predictable, Jennifer joins hosts Jono Brent and Marc Pringle to explore identity, the cost of over-responsibility, and the quiet courage it takes to choose something different.

If you've ever felt like the one holding it all together, this conversation is for you.
