Our default identity is the set of strategies and ways of being we learned early on to stay safe, succeed, or belong. They’re clever, adaptive, and often still serve us - but they can quietly start to run the show. Through talking to our guests on the podcast, and our own experience, we’ve seen how awareness of those defaults is the first step toward creating more choice and fulfilment – in work and life. Because when you can see it clearly, you get to choose how you want to be - rather than it choosing for you.
