Sydney suffered a stroke at a young age. And although she worked with an incredible medical team, she realized that, in order to overcome the physical, mental, and emotional struggles that came with recovery, she needed healing at a deeper level. That's when she discovered hypnotherapy. Although skeptical at first, she couldn't deny the changes she saw happening in the lives of those who were open to it. This led her to become a hypnotherapist herself, promoting wellness in mind, body, and spirit. She now owns INNERvenitons, a transpersonal hypnotherapy and wellness clinic.
