Trauma has the ability to rob us of the life that we loved before the trauma. My clients tell me all the time that they just want to "find themselves again".
Even though life will never be the same as it was before the trauma, it can be better than it was before. But, we have to get really intentional with what we actually do want instead of focusing on what we don't want.
This does mean that we need to create boundaries for ourselves in order to do that, plus also recognize what our life is really telling us.
In this week's podcast, we discuss how we go from Trauma Life to Dream Life and the mindset we need to adopt to achieve that goal.
