On tonight’s Going in Circles Big Monday show Barry and I talk about the latest Bob Baffert vs the racing world potential lawsuit after a report in the New York Times that litigation against the Churchill Downs ban is imminent. It’s a story that isn’t going to go away anytime soon and may overshadow the actual Kentucky Derby preps themselves. Listen in to hear what we have to say on this latest development. We also give out selections for our Eclipse award ballots (we don’t actually have them) and are in agreement on most but we do go different ways on a couple categories.
