Hey friends! Today's episode is a little longer but it's also really important to me.
I've struggled with anxiety and depression almost my whole life and I wanted to give ya'll my perspective on navigating + share what works for me so that you can be inspired and calm (as possible given the circumstances) when an anxious/depressive episodes starts to come up
Small habits and routines are extremely grounding during anxious/depressive episodes and, for me, need a little adjusting when I'm going through it. I stress the importance of a balanced routine because it's often what keeps me from going to a rock bottom when the funky flows start happening
The outline for this episode isn't mine, it's from this article (Legit, I was too tired to write my own script): https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/322495#twelve-tips
I want you to know you're not a failure or a bad person if anxiety and depressive symptoms are prevalent in your life. You're an amazing human that deserves loving, compassionate support.
