"Going to the Army!" is a new podcast series featuring Salvation Army music. This 3rd Episode is for September 2013 and follows July's successful launch and August's 2nd episode that have been played and/or downloaded over 10,000 times both here and on iTunes!

Most of the featured music is from my own transfers of old SA LPs, 78s and cassettes but some original recordings are also included.

Presented by lifelong Salvationist musician and actor Marc Harry this podcast features music by bands, songsters and soloists - but specially features SINGING COMPANIES! In addition, background information about the music, the Salvation Army and the presenter's own experiences are included.
