This week, we're talking relationships. We have some older couples in our family (2 in particular) and although it seems to go against what we've always been made to believe, they seem miserable around each other the longer they're together and can't stand being married anymore. Now, we've always seen older married couples as bulletproof relationships "that stood the test of time". As we've been "enlightened" by some of the stories and comments (and arguments) we have been present for, we've also started questioning what makes a relationship go stale like that after 30+ years? Is it preventable? Are they just not compatible or is it something deeper? And most of all...wtf?
