In this episode of Golden Talks, we hear from Danielle, a long-standing member of staff at Oakfield Primary Academy. Having first attended the school as a pupil, Danielle later returned as a teaching assistant and has now spent almost two decades supporting children and families. She reflects on the memories that shaped her childhood, the experience of working alongside former teachers, and the relationships she has built within the school community. 

Through her story, the episode gives us an insight into the culture across The Golden Thread Alliance schools, where staff support each other and work together to give children the best possible opportunities to succeed.
