After years of research for 'Floating Underwater', Tracy helps to navigate the importance of having open dialogues around women's health and how it affects the entire family. As women gain more self awareness, Tracy latches onto the idea of water symbolically helping us to transcend our deeply hidden emotions.

Women's issues are traditionally kept quiet, causing many to grieve in silence without an outlet. Although times are slowly changing (with our first ever US female VP), women are continually in-fighting, and taught to be competitive with each other for that male attention/approval.

With the advent of the internet, many females have found supportive venues to grow and gain confidence in order to help those that are younger to have a better sense of unity.
