Das tolle Feedback, welches sie von den Teilnehmern erhalten hat liess sie merken dass dies ihre Leidenschaft gefundenhat.

Ausserdem wurde sie sehr durch Tom Kaules, Deutschlands bekanntesten Podcaster inspiriert.

Katrin war Vorstandsassistentin aber wollte allen Menschen helfen, und nicht nur dem Vorstand. Durch immer mehr Aufgaben und dem "Schleifen des Diamanten" folgte dann bald der Burn-Out.
In der Auszeit vom Job lernt Katrin so vile wie möglich zum Thema Selbstmotivation. Natürlich will sie auch wissen, wie es zum Burnout kam, aber viel mehr interessieren sie die schönen Themen, mit denen man proaktiv das Ausbrennen verhindern kann.
Ein Buch dass ihr dabei unheimlich geholfen hat ist "Glueck ist kein Zufall" von Dr. Joseph Murphy.

Die Leidenschaft von Ivan ist Video, wie man Videos produziert, besser macht und damit sein Unternehmen besser sichtbar machen und vermarkten kann.
Einfache Videoproduktion und dann mit dem richtigen Marketing gute Umsätze zu machen.
Ivan lebt bereits seine Leidenschaft, war im früheren Leben Tonmeister von Falco, EAV, Reinhard Fendrich, Wolfgang Ambros und anderen bekannten Musikern. Nach einem Unfall musste er sich eine neue Leidenschaft suchen und fand den Weg zum bewegten Bild in Verbindung mit dem Internet.

Natürlich ist meine Erläuterung nicht 100% vollständig und einen Rechtsanspruch hat man zu all diesen Punkten natürlich auch nicht. Aber es gibt Dir einen guten Anhaltspunkt, worauf Du bei einer anstehenden Delegation so achten solltest.
Grundsätzlich muss man hier unterscheiden, ob man ein Berufsanfänger ist oder ob man schon über gewisse Berufserfahrung verfügt.
Doch in beiden Fällen gibt es Möglichkeiten für den Arbeitgeber ins Ausland zu gehen.

Ich war schon auf einigen Auslandsentsendungen - Neudeutsch heißt das Expatriation oder Delegation.
2 mal in USA und einmal in Brasilien, ausserdem habe ich in Spanien studiert und in Argentinien ein Praktikum gemacht.
Man könnte sagen ich habe etwas Auslandserfahrung gesammelt.
Und immer wieder kommen junge Kollegen und Freunde zu mir um mir Fragen zu dem Thema Expatriation zu stellen.
Mit dieser "Sonder-Serie" in meinem Podcast möchte ich einige der Fragen beantworten.

Erinnerst Du Dich an die Szene im Terminator, als Kyle Reese zu Sarah Conor sagt: Komm mit mir wenn Du leben willst?
So fühlte ich mich als ich mein Smartphone abgab und über ein Jahr lang ohne Mobiltelefon, oder maxmimal mit einem Feature-Phone, also einem Mobiltelefon dass nur telefonieren uns SMS schicken kann, unterwegs war.
Es war einfach toll.
Warum ich jetzt wieder ein iPhone in meiner Hosentasche trage, und wie ich damit umgehe, das erfährst Du in dieser neuen Episode von Goldmann's Work Life Challenge.
Es gibt schon einige Beispiel dafür, dass Sport einen auch richtig fertig machen kann. Eines der prominentesten Beispiele hierfür ist wohl Sven Hannawald.
Ich habe nun eine tolle Alternative für mich gefunden, wie ich Sport machen kann ohne meine Gelenke zu ruinieren. Dabei kommt der Spassfaktor definitiv nicht zu kurz und man kann auch noch umweltfreundlich den Weg zur Arbeit bestreiten. Die Rede ist vom E-Bike!
Natürlich kann man auch mit einem normalen Fahrrad auf die Arbeit fahren. Bei mir beträgt die Entfernung jedoch einfach 15km und da wäre ich einfach nicht fit genug um das mit einem normalen Fahrrad zu machen.
Warum E-Bikes meiner Meinung nach trotzdem sportlich sind und warum dieses altmodische Image total überholt ist, das erfährst Du in der neuen Episode meines Podcasts.

Steve Jobs sagte schon:"Folgt Eurem Purpose" - also Deiner Passion oder Leidenschaft.
Doch wie findet man diesen Purpose?
Alex Düsseldorf Fischer verrät in seinem Buch (Reicher als die XXXXX) seine 43 Gesetze des Erfolgs.
Und eines der Gesetze behandelt das Thema, wie Alex selbst seinen Purpose gefunden hat und ihn jetzt lebt.
Er gibt detaillierte Handlungsanweisungen, mit welchen Tools man seinen Purpose finden kann.
Ein echtes Geschenk, vor allem wenn man beachtet, dass Alex sein Buch im Internet verschenkt!
Für mich war dieses Kapitel über den Purpose ein ganz klarer Wink mit dem Zaunpfahl.
Deswegen ist jetzt wieder Zeit für ein Selbstversuch gekommen.
Ich werde Alex' Handlungsanweisungen Schritt für Schritt umsetzen und dann hier in meinem Podcast darüber berichten.

Hast Du Dich auch schon einmal gefragt, wo Du die Zeit herbekommen sollst um zu meditieren?
Auch ich habe meine guten Vorsätze - aber manchmal weiss ich auch nicht wann ich mir Dir Zeit nehmen kann.
War ich froh, als ich diesen Tipp von einem tibetanischen Mönch hörte:
Du musst nicht unbedingt 30 Minuten oder länger meditieren.
Einige wenige Sekunden sind schon ausreichend.
Das wichtige ist, dass man - wenn auch nur für kurze Zeit - den plappernden Affen in seinem Kopf zum Schweigen bringt.
Und das kann man beim Laufen, im Zug oder auch im Supermarkt an der Kasse machen.
Und wie bringt man den Affen zum Schweigen?
Gib ihm eine Aufgabe.
Achte auf Deinen Atem, und der Affe wird auf Deinen Atem achten.
Selbst wenn dann Gedanken im Hinterkopf auftauchen, dann ist das nicht schlimm.
Wichtig ist, dass man nicht krampfhaft versucht Gedanken und Emotionen auszuschalten.
Das funktioniert nämlich nicht.
