I first started noticing James around 6 months ago on LinkedIn and he immediately caught my attention.  To convey your honest, sincere and well substantiated views and opinions on a LinkedIn platform where most consumers are at least 10 years older than you takes a lot of heart and guts and it's those exact traits that we need in our Golf industry. We need mavericks who view the game differently, who have new and interesting ideas on how to benefit the game, but who are also able to do so tactfully to help breakdown the cultural divides and conflicts that exist in the mass game. James does a fantastic job of this. In his position, James helps golf clubs acquire members and so is directly involved in the nuts and bolts of the industry. We discuss ideas on how to break down cultural barriers, how to make Golf more accessible, what stale smells linger in the game as well as some general back and forth as to why this game means so much to us both. An episode with a ton of value of players, clubs and whoever else with Golf on their mind. All opinions delivered on this episode are with the best intent behind them.
