Gomé has experience in mental health in rural communities and currently works at Rural Aid where he supports clients around Australia. Gomé speaks to Sam about issues affecting the mental health of rural communities including isolation, the environment and COVID-19. They also discuss some of the recourses available to rural areas and how we can support these communities individually and, as a society.
