This weeks guest is Professor Michael Ralph. Director of Africana Studies and Cultural Analysis and the School of Medicine at New York University. Michael speaks with Travis and Franz about his latest book fishing a picture book that "highlights the ingenuity of incarcerated peoples." The book is named after the practice developed in prisons across America. They also discuss his time educating in prisons, the socio- economic profiles of people and nations through debt, and the theory black hyper awareness.
