In today's episode Lizzie and I talk to our good friend Gonzo. It's more coincidence than not but the episode IS about chickens. This gonzo does not have a big blue nose and hang out with a bunch of muppets. Instead he has dedicated his life to homesteading and building a life of resiliency for his three children and wife.   We get into the weeds about the social, financial and personal costs to raising poultry from a beginners perspective. In under a year and under five hundred dollars gonzo has done what Lizzie and I find enviable and inspiring. Hopefully i can talk her into birds of our own soon; i love eggs.
