November is the month of giving thanks, and we are shining the light on the people, businesses, and parts of our community that make it so special. Every day and especially Veteran's Day, we’re thankful for the opportunity to celebrate our servicemen and women - and in this case, a veteran-owned business.

Charles Kachadoorian is a US ARMY veteran and co-owner of Good Company Doughnuts & Cafe. After deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kosovo, he and his sister Kate spent two years developing and planning the unique all-day neighborhood cafe concept. In 2018, they opened their doors, bringing a truly unique family-owned cafe to Ballston.
