Nobody is perfect.  We all make good and bad decisions.  As leaders it is important that we recognize that our decisions build a reputation.  In order or us to have a reputation of dependability and reliability we need to approach our decisions with decisiveness and the willingness to adjust.  I share with you my thoughts on big decisions, why you should pay attention to the small stuff, and how to approach making bad decisions.
