An audio recording of most of the Good Friday service at Capron Lutheran Church on April 3, 2015.  For each of the seven last words of Jesus, there is a Title, Bible Reading, and Prayer.  Then we pour out and shake off sin in our lives, and one of seven bowls of flour is poured into a big bowl.  A candle is also extinguished.   At the end, each person takes a small cup with flour and dumps it into a mixing bowl.  Twice during the service, people came up to a table and rubbed flour into their hands.  Here is what our table looked like:
