Welcome to Episode 1 of the Good Grief Club. This episode focuses on grief policies within an education setting and features an interview with the Deputy Head (pastoral), designated safeguarding lead at Redmaids High School. We explore impacts on staff and students and how actual human experience can be managed on a case by case basis. I also add in sections of my own opinions and experiences.
