Loss is something we all experience. It’s a part of the human experience. It can be really difficult for us to know what to do when we experience loss but it can be even more difficult to know what to do when someone we care about experiences loss, too. Understanding how to help people we care about with loss will make us better, spouses, parents, friends and neighbors.
