Grief is a complicated, heavy, and uncomfortable emotion that we all will be confronted with, at times. It is an emotion that we all hate to feel and we do our best to avoid. However, there is good in grief. When we gain the proper insight and education surrounding it, we can cope with it better, put language to what we are feeling/experiencing, and we can rid ourselves of the negative connotation that we have regarding it. In short, we obtain a new perspective and relationship with it.
