Meet Janey Sow! 🤗

In this episode we talk about Janey's journey of being a mom, married, and making ALL of her dreams come true! It is most certainly not an easy task, but day by day, she works to get it done. Janey has faced MANY challenges since becoming a mom, one of the hardest being navigating motherhood without her mom. However, through challenges and changes, the "Good growing pains" have made her into the woman she is today.

We, as mom's, often feel like we can never take the cape off, but it's honestly necessary! You'll hear Janey talk about the importance of her support system; and reaching a breaking point of having to utter those three difficult words, "I need help!" Once we speak up, we see who’s there ready to help out!! 😮‍💨
